These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the That Pro platform — the games, betting, deposits, withdrawals and all account activity. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
Before you go through the full terms, here are six things every That Pro user in Pakistan should know from the outset.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and That Pro ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the That Pro website, mobile application or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

That Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the platform or its services at any time without prior notice where operational or legal requirements demand it. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes where possible.
To access the full range of games and betting markets on That Pro, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible users who meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
During registration, you must provide your real name, a valid email address, a contact number, and accurate date of birth information. That Pro uses this information to verify your identity, process payments and comply with platform security requirements. You must not use a false identity, someone else's personal details, or any misleading information when creating your account.
Each person is entitled to one That Pro account only. Creating more than one account — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, That Pro reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
That Pro may request verification documents at any point — this includes a copy of a valid national identity card, proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds until the verification is completed.
All That Pro accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your balance — what you deposit in PKR stays as PKR throughout your session and at the point of withdrawal.
That Pro currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as available. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary depending on the method selected.
Deposits are generally credited to your That Pro balance promptly following successful payment confirmation from your chosen provider. In most cases, JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers reflect within minutes. Bank Transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.
That Pro reserves the right to request verification of your deposit method before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to confirm the payment channel belongs to the registered account holder and to prevent unauthorised transactions.
Withdrawals from your That Pro account are processed back through the same PKR payment channel you used to deposit, wherever possible. This means if you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be sent to the same JazzCash account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds return to the verified account holder.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the That Pro payments team before being processed. Standard withdrawal requests are typically handled within a reasonable processing window. The actual time for funds to reach your account depends on your chosen withdrawal method — mobile wallet transfers such as JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally faster than bank account transfers.
That Pro does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on its end for standard transactions. Your payment provider may however apply their own charges depending on the transfer type. Always check with your bank or mobile wallet provider for any applicable fees on their side.
All bets and wagers placed on the That Pro platform — whether in the casino, live casino, sports betting section or Bingo — are final once confirmed. That Pro does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
For sports betting, That Pro offers markets across Cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and major international tournaments. Football and Esports markets are also available. Odds are displayed at the time of placing a bet and are subject to change up until the moment the bet is accepted. The odds shown at acceptance are the odds that apply to your bet.
Players are expected to engage with the platform in good faith. Any attempt to exploit game mechanics, technical glitches, pricing errors or bonus structures is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of related bets and forfeiture of winnings.
That Pro may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, deposit match offers or other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms which are published at the point of the offer being made available. These promotional terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.
Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real money balance. In most cases, wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits and any game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
That Pro maintains a fair gaming environment for all users. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances at That Pro's sole discretion:
That Pro actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited behaviours. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to take immediate action including withholding withdrawals pending a full investigation. All decisions made by That Pro regarding prohibited conduct and account closures are final.
You may close your That Pro account at any time by contacting platform support. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. Real money balances remaining in a legitimately closed account will be returned to your registered payment method.
That Pro may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, underage use, or any other serious violation. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms abuse, the platform reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance.
Self-exclusion — where a player voluntarily requests that their access be restricted — is also treated as a form of account closure for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be reactivated, and the player should not attempt to create a new account in the meantime. See Section 9 for more on responsible gaming tools.
That Pro is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for adult entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. We strongly encourage all players to treat gaming as a leisure activity with a fixed personal budget and time limit — not something to chase losses through.

That Pro provides the platform and its services on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and stable availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions or technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages or third-party service disruptions may affect availability without advance notice.
To the fullest extent permitted, That Pro's total liability to any user arising from platform use — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. That Pro is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data or any consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
That Pro reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users through the platform or via their registered email address.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the That Pro platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
